Warranty

Your Towet Guitar is warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for five years from the date of purchase.
This warranty is excepting the following issues:

• Normal wear and tear of the instrument and its parts
• Defects that result from abuse, neglect or accident
• Defects that result from extremes in humidity and
temperature
• Cracking or settling of the French polish finish

Modification and unauthorized repairs or alterations will void the warranty.

Hardware not manufactured by me such as machine heads, cases, gig-bags, pickup-systems etc. are warranted for two years, only.

The instrument must be sent shipping and insurance prepaid. The instrument must be packaged safely. Please enclose your address, phone number and a brief description of the nature of the defect. I will examine the instrument and make the repair and service according to my warranty. After completion of the service, the instrument will be returned to the owner, shipping and insurance to be paid by the owner. If I decided that the defect is not covered by the warranty and that the owner is not willing to pay for the cost of repair, I will return the instrument without repairs, shipping and insurance to be paid by the owner.
